Insights And Openings

After receiving my diamond membership, I went to look at my insights and openings only to find these only had the games inputted from when I last used them. I waited 24 hours and they did not refresh, sadly this seems to be a common issue for users who are reactivating their diamond membership.

I was wondering rather than relying on insights auto importing all the new games which is clearly causing issues having the addition of a button which can additionally manually perform this function to circumvent the problem.

Your Insights should be good now. I know staff have been aware in the past on the returning diamond member with previously generated Insights not having new games. I'll try and find out if that's still ticketed.

Insights is a pretty intensive process, so I wouldn't imagine making a way to force the process from the member side would be something added. They'll likely just work on fixing the underlying issue.
