I bought diamond last night bcs i wanted to see my insights, and still there are people ahead of me in the queue, its even went up from last night. So there may be an issue or its just a visual bug

It can take a while to work through the queue.

It depends on how many other accounts are in the Insights queue, total number of games, as well as game lengths.

I'll check again in a little bit and ask staff if yours hasn't updated yet.
