The ticket system isn't directly tied to the site; it is a third-party hosted tool. Just fill in whatever you feel comfortable with. If the email address is in a valid format, it shouldn't have a problem. If you are copy/pasting it you might try typing it out.

How can you not give your name when you signed up here ?
Funny, I clicked on send ticket and it tells me that it cannot be sent until I (hopefully?) click on a random option that don't have anything to do with my plainly written ticket in the first place - not offended by them thinking people are stupid 'cause 1. they're kinda right 2 they get a lot of speeding tickets, as in, tickets written by speed users (not the drug, the time control). 
I can't send a ticket because cc won't accept the e-mail I registered with when I signed up here? Also not sure about the 'name' field - I've never given it.
