Invisible board

Hey, my chess board is invisible. Has anyone encountered this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

haha your image won't even load for me which is also part of the problem. it's been like this since yesterday for me and can't find a fix.

It is not you, it is a problem at least Canadian and Portugal users.   Chess.com is working on it.

How do you know they are working on it? I don't see any official acknowledgement of this issue. 

There are like, 78 threads on this topic, and a mod has chimed in and said it was an issue with cloudfare, the company who hosts chess.com.

It so impossible to play with invisible board that many other can do

I have the same can someone help me it’s invisible I tried even reset my school iPad but still not working. It’s fully loaded but still no board.

Are you on a school/corporate device?

I’m on school device (iPad)

The software/filter being used by your school is blocking some site code from loading.

Staff here are looking into a solution to bypass that, but it probably won't be a quick fix.
