I tried earlier today to change to blindfold pieces, and ever since I have tried to change the piece type in settings back to classical I can't see my rooks. But I can see my opponent's black rooks. It is not affecting my phone app, just on the desktop.
So then I tried again just now to switch back and forth between piece types, and none of them are showing an icon preview expect "real 3d" which also works with no issues if I save it. But can't get any other piece types now, blank board. Not only rooks are missing but everything else. I guess I am stuck using "real 3d" until this get a resolution.

Great now after clearing the browser cache, not only are the pieces missing but the whole board. And also various other icons of the user interface.

On Firefox too. But I found this thread through a Duck Duck Go Search, and just noticed there are other threads about the same issue. I'll wait for resolution.

theres veben a problem with the CDT board. a mod said on a different forum for canada regions.

It's a known issue and apparently is a problem on the Content Delivery Network (CDN) the site uses to host static assets. It is impacting a subset of members, some in Canada and Portugal.
Staff are aware and working with the CDN provider to resolve. Switching to 3D pieces may help; some members have had that work.
