iOS App Crashing

Hello,

I recently updated the iOS app to the latest version and now I cannot open it anymore. The startup screen shows up, stays there for 20 seconds and then disappears again. Reinstalling or rebooting doesn't seem to help.

I'm using iOS 5.1.1.

Are you able to update to iOS 6.1.3? Which version of the Chess.com app are you using?

Ok, it finally works with 6.1.3. But there might be other users with iOS 5?

It was version 2.9.12.

am constantly being disconnected in middle of the game - anyway to correct this?

Ok, how are you accessing the site when this happens to you? This thread was directed toward members using the iOS app (iPhone and iPad) Are you connecting through a mobile device or with a computer? If you will let me know as much detail as you can, I can help you. :)
