do it correctly and get replies in hours and not have crashes, u guys dam read my comments, the app is the last to be updated and for some reason even bug updates go through the site cuz app updating is hard and if u say u paid then non payers will say its pure buisness so both ways of the path lead to disaster and please stop whining, they're workking hard to dev
IOS app freezing
I change for simple chess (Europe échecs) which work perfectly. Too many game lost for freezing of chess.com
Server and NEVER answer or REPAIR.
Too frustrating
this guy is smort, the servers cant handle like 20 times more content than this, u should be happy were not getting 20 times slow down or shut down
and the app is just a smol add on for when u have to go with data or something, the site is the real thing
even the most basic un updated features like chat the app doesnt even suport, app is not for just quick its for simple cuz they dont really want to load it up with stuff like streamer crap
they're working on a new version, for now use the site
If we paid for the app then it should work. Basic business skills.

I really do not see how you are helping either. The app is not working. We are not happy about paying for a service which do not work as we expect. The fact that you do not expect the app to be working does not change other peoples perception. Chess.com should either make it clear that the customers cannot expect to use the app for playing live games, or fix the problem.

• My connection claims to be “bad” (even with 1 Gbit/s wifi!
• The help section for desktop is useless for mobile app players. Hard to hover or press F5 in the mobile 😂
• “Best win” shows the opponents rating AFTER he lost. A bug that’s seams to stay since there are posts since 2011 about this. Nowhere else in the chess world you talk about a rating you wish to have. If you beat a 2000-player you didn’t beat a 1990-player (according to “best win” you did). You are placed in rating groups on the rating you have BEFORE a game. Is it really so hard to understand and/or change this?!
