Hi I have the same problem
And only starts by reopening app
It does not register my move and the clock freezes by the time you restart app and it open your game you’ve lost time

Hey all! Today finally Apple approved the build we submitted on Tuesday. You should see 3.9.15 (2) in the App Store any time now. The issue in which clocks were freezing has been fixed. Thanks again for the patience!

Have you updated to the newest, fixed version?
I am having the same issue @chess.com please fix. I have lost so many games because of this
is the fixed version available in the UK? My app store tells me I have the most up to date version
Why isn’t Chess.com reacting and solving this bleeding bug!! 😡
They want us to leave perhaps. Lost 9 minutes in a game. Lost it after getting queen 🙃

@badgeming, The new version is 3.9.15 (2). Is that one available in the UK?
I updated my app, but it happened again in the last two games.
My app seems already running? (3.9.15-2) Or do we have to remove the old version first?
Still freezing - this has been going on for weeks now. no response from Chess.com.
any suggestions for alternative places to play online - I was about make a subscription but lost my patience after my recently lost game which I was leading on both position and time but froze again. this happens 2/5 games
The site has responded by updating the app to get rid of the bug:
