IP-address banned (error 403)

My IP-address is 85.165.154.61 and it's been banned. The reason I think was that my cat was sleeping on my keyboard pushing the F5-button rapidly with the server getting non-stopping request from my internet. It is very annoying having to use a proxy to use my internet, so please unban the ip :
