Are you concerned about a physical assault / real threat?  The first step would be to lose big brother.   Any and all wireless devices can be used to track your real location down to a pretty small area (radius of the current cell tower or wireless router you are connected to if public).  Wired connections do not suffer this issue.  When wired in, you can bounce your IP through routers and mask it (see above proxy server etc tecniques) -- they can get your city due to the ISP (sometimes) but not your home or anything.   Also stop posting images from your camera; many can be identified as to where you are if there is any sort of background of public areas.    About 90% of hacks are enabled by the victim ... try making it harder for them to get to you.
