Hello, i´ve currently been at my Grandmas House over the Hollidays (yes, the food was nice.) and we´ve been playing some digital chess for quite some time since we are used to it due to the natural distance between us normally (i live in another country).
been playing normally as usual, but when we tried to log her in on her iPad yesterday we got an IP Bann. Sure at first i didnt know what it was so i tried login her on my Laptop in, which didnt work, when i tried getting into my account again it didnt work either, RP13. VPN works just fine, but i cant explain nor do i even want to explain my Grandmother how a VPN works and how to use it to play Chess. can anyone help with this issue? i wrote the Support already but yeah...seems like a bad joke to but i hope i can get some help here.
