iPad App Crash Exit & Chrome Login Black Screen

Hello, Just found out that my ipad app kept crash exiting. Powered it off. Re-opened the app, crashed again. Also tried to login from Chrome, but got black screen. Any insights? Thanks!

Verify you have the newest version of the app. 4.1.11 (2695)
