Is there a way to unlock the app so it can swivel between landscape and portrait mode?

iPad only works in landscape as far as i know

Sorry :(  its the way the iPad was created

That's not true, most apps allow to swivel between landscape and portrait.  In fact the iPad comes equipped with a button on the side that can be set to either mute volume or lock screen rotation.

Portrait only right now. I'm really hoping they are working on landscape!
