It happens to me too. The opponents move comes up as "null" and the move is invisible and pieces disappear. Switch the iPad off and on again sorts it out for the next game but the current game is lost unless you have some mystic power of foresight.
ipad: I was not able to see the opponent's moves
when i was playing live blitz, i was waiting for my opponents move, and opponents time was running and my time was static(there was no disconnection at any stage during the game). but after few minutes i surprised seeing my opponent won on time
In effect I've found a solution now, it's important don't move any piece in blind mode but switch off the app and immediately to launch still the app. This force a new login so the app on reconnect the site and reload the game, so you can see the board refreshed. Of course it's a bit annoying because the time elapses during all the process, but it's always better to resign without other chance ... Good luck
Hi to all. For the second time i've lost the game because during the match suddenly I was no more able to see the opponent's moves, or the opponent's pieces, or the button "submit".I play with the app for Ipad chess.com. Could anyone suggest a solution? I tried to chat with my opponent for explain the problem, but it seems they was not able to read my messages. Ther'Is a solution to the problem without resigning the game? I'm a bit frustrated because I've lost two games that I was about to win. Tks in advance
