Have you tried closing the app, completely un-installing and re-installing (not just installing over the previous one)
Can you please try removing the app from your device, remove the app from your iTunes, then sync the device then search chess.com and re-install the app
iPhone app can't login

I renewed my membership and since then I can't login on my iPhone app. I can login in in the browser, but not on my iphone app. Please help.
