iPhone notifications not working

I have push notifications enabled, but chess.com doesn't update the badge count unless I go to the app and check my online games. What is wrong?

Was there any follow up on this? I have this same problem on my iPhone 4s running on iOS 5 as well as on 5.0.1. I don't have the problems on my iPad running iOS 5.0.1

It seems that my problem is caused by using the two devices at the same time. It seems that only one device can receive notifications, allthough I am no certain about it. I had reminders working for some time on my iPhone as well. Anyone experience with multiple devices?

I get badge count update and it plays a sound every time it's my turn, but it doesn't show a banner notification. Why haven't you allowed it to do this?

Thanks for the fast response, Calamondin!

It wasn't working on 6.1, and upgrading to 6.1.2 didn't fix it (again, this is on an iPhone 3Gs). I have the latest version of Chess.com - v2.7.34

Obviously I have notifications turned on for the app. Thanks again!

No problem :) I have a 3Gs too, it isn't your move presently in any games, let me know if you still aren't receiving notifications once it is.

We've been having issues with iOS notifications the past few days. We are aware of the issues and have been watching it closely.

I'm having trouble too.  Latest iOS on a 4th Gen iPhone and latest chess.com app updated.  No notifications for past few days (seems to have started around the time the latest iOS (6.1.2) was updated on my phone).

It's my turn in one game that I just started (I was out of the country for a week, so my other games all forfeited - oops!), and I got an email notification, but nothing on my iPhone.
