iPhone reconnection problem

I got disconnected from a game I was winning earlier today, it sucks but I'll live. However I've tried playing again since, to no avail. It just says connecting then a few seconds later it changes to reconnecting and it stays like that forever (I imagine). I've logging off, closing the app ect ect but nothing seems to work, any ideas? I can still play online chess fine, if that makes any diffrence.

I have the same issue. I read somewhere in another post that uninstalling the app and re-installing helped the other user, but I had no luck doing the same. Mine has been having this issue since this morning and I still cannot make it work. It is July 4th 2012.

 

If anyone has help it would be really appreciated.

I've got these kind of issues since tha last update. I'm waiting for un update because the iOS app it' getting worse and worse...

Also, not that Im trying to complain because I do thoroughly enjoy my iPad chess.com app, but if the human v. human interface could be improved in the app it would be great. Just a thought that could be passed on to the development team.

Reinstalling didn't work for me. I get a permant connecting alert in Live Chess

Yes, the problem is with the recent update on the server side. Reinstalling, rebooting, etc. - not going to help.

We're going to try to fix it after "The BIG Show" ends... I'll post updates here!
