Is game analysis currently working ?

Hi,

I recently suscribed to the platinum membership, and I would like to analyse a game I just had with a friend (but not on chess.com , on a more traditional board :) )

When I go to the "computer analysis" page (through clicking on the "learn" link in the upper tool bar), I arrive on a demo page with a link to upgrade my account.

Is it some sort of bug, or is it only possible to analyse the games we had on chess.com ?

There is no Computer Analysis page, the page you mean in the upper toolbar is the computer workout page which has nothing to do with the analysis.

It is indeed only possible to analyse chess games that were either played in Live Chess or Online Chess mode on chess.com. You can do that by clicking the view button of the game and then the computer analysis button. Thus the game is subscribed to computer analysis and in round about a half anhour the analysis is usually finished...
