Is it possible to change settings of an ongoing Live Tournament?

I did not realize the players will need the VACATION MODE to be ON. 

Is it possible to change settings of an ongoing Live Tournament?

No, once it has started you can't modify the settings. I imagine a number of players joined because of the no-vacation setting as well, so that probably wouldn't be a good idea even it was possible.
