Is it possible to prevent having multiple Online Chess games with the same user?

Hi all.

Is there a setting that prevents me ending up having more than one game against the same user here on chess.com?

Like, for example, if I open up five seeks, is there any way to ensure that I'll end up playing against five different users instead of having five games against the same person?

Thanks!

EDIT: Yet at the same time, also enabling tournaments I join in to continue proceeding with multiple games against the same opponent if that is the tournament's format.

You can have 3 max games against the same person at the same time.

3's a funny number.....

2 would make more sense. Just my opinion, use it, don't use it.....

Okay, thanks... but is it possible to avoid having more than one (1) game against the same person at the same time?

So, if me and my friend decide to play 12 game match, and play all the games at the same time, that would be impossible?

I don't mind people throwing in related question as long as my question gets answered Tongue out So tell me if I understand this correctly:

  • Here in chess.com, you can have a maximum of three (3) games against the same opponent at the same time. But...
  • ...you cannot set that maximum to lower than three (3).
  • So there is NO way to ensure that if you open 10 seeks, you will end up playing against 10 different opponents.

Is this right? Because I really want variety in my games such that I don't want going up against the same opponent at the same time except for tournaments.
