Is Live Chess Down Right Now? "Loading..."

Dear Support,

I'm experiencing some technical issues when trying to play live.

It happened earlier when I clicked on the analyze with opponent feature after a standard game we played.

The screen just said, "Loading..."

(It never did load and my opponent eventually left.)

Also, when I hover over the Learn or Forums tab,

The menu has a bizarre gray/grey color where the options are obviously not accessible.

However, if I click on the main tab it will go to the more general overview.

I've tried to log in to live chess for about an hour and all I get is the "Loading..." screen and yet nothing loads.

My wireless cable connection and computer are superb and everything else on the internet is loading without issues.

Is Live Chess down right now?

Live Chess is working properly. What web browser and version are you using? Can you try to clear your cookies and cached files and see if that helps, please?

I am using the Chrome browser. I just cleared the cookies and cached files and it solved the issue. Thanks!
