Is the Openings Stats section broken?

I'm trying to look up opening stats at the URL:

https://www.chess.com/stats/openings/xaptive

or more generally

https://www.chess.com/stats/openings/<username>;

It has no stats for games I've played in the last 90 days, except for 1, even though I've played 167 games .  I've changed my repertoire since then and I'd like to get an idea of how I'm doing.  Is this stats feature deprecated, broken, or what?

Some people faced the same problem, I don’t really know why. Best to ask chess.com: https://support.chess.com/article/295-how-do-i-report-a-bug-or-make-a-suggestion or maybe ask a moderator for a quick answer, but I am not sure they know.

I put in a ticket for this issue on April 9 and was told it was referred to developers, but no updates so far.

I submitted a bug report a couple weeks ago and never heard back.

I've found I can do what I want with Lichess by looking in the opening book, selecting "Player", and then setting the time controls and date ranges I'm interested in, so I'm switching to there for now.

I also submitted a bug report for the same problem and got zero communication.

Staff is aware of the issue and have a ticket in on it. That said, Bug reports don't normally have any kind of communication unless staff is unable to reproduce the issue it needs additional details.

If someone puts in a support ticket, the support agent will reply to that ticket, though it might be just that the bug was passed  to devs or that they have a ticket on it

I submitted a ticket lately on it and was told its an issue that is being looked at. If anyone knows a workaround or something to try let me know.

The only thing I've found is that the highest tier membership gets you Insights which gives a little bit of data on opening success, but you can't drill down at all.

Indexing the millions of games being played here and then crunching the data efficiently seems like a difficult problem to solve, but I think that those sorts of analysis features are probably important to a lot of chess.com's customers. I hope we hear something about this within the next couple years. meh
