Issue verifying student status for Chess.com discount

Hi,

I'm a student at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain), and I'm trying to activate the 50% student discount on Chess.com. My Chess.com account is registered with my official university email address, and I also have an active UNiDAYS account verifying my student status until March 17th, 2026.

However, I haven't been able to successfully verify my student status on Chess.com. Could anyone please advise me on how to resolve this issue?

Thanks for your reply! I've already moved the thread to the "Help" section. Also, I tried reaching out to the Chess.com support team, but I'm only able to chat with a bot, and unfortunately, it hasn't solved my issue.

I've attached a screenshot from my UNiDAYS account (unfortunately, it's in Spanish, as I couldn't find how to switch it to English). This is what appears when I navigate to "Student Status."

As far as I can see, there's no problem with verifying my student status via UNiDAYS—I use it successfully for other services. It seems the issue specifically occurs when Chess.com tries to confirm my student status through UNiDAYS.
