Issues with Opening Awards for Catalan and London

A friend and I are working on going through all of the openings that have awards and we don't usually have any issues, but we played both Catalan and London exactly the way it's listed in the linked opening page for both of those awards and the games both list the appropriate openings when you look at the game analysis but neither of us got credit for the opening. I'm assuming there are moves me made later that confused the computer so does anyone know what the trick is to get these two badges?

Wrong move order, but same position. You need to do it in another move order.

Then what move order? We literally followed the order it was done on the Chess.com pages for both openings.

I am having the same issues, I am also doing variations just in case. I've have been struggling to get the catalan opening achievement. I am also winning the matches, unfortunately mostly by timeout.

I just played the single move Reti opening. The analysis named it Reti, but I wasn't awarded the badge for it.

Time to cancel my Diamond membership. This is the third problem I've had with stats and updating. Support doesn't respond. Chess.com is a scam.
