It isn't matchmaking into a game.

For the last few days chess.com has been pairing me with opponents higher rated that me (they're 1600 while I'm 1400) and now, it takes forever for me to play one game even though my internet is good, and I hadn't done anything wrong. Please I need help, what should I do?

Check your settings but I believe it pairing takes too long then the algorithm expands the range to find an opponent.

Same issue, can't play a game tried 1 min 3 mins and 5 mins
