Keep being disconnected from Games for no reason? - Chess Forums

Hello,

Recently I keep having an issue with no explanation where I just disconnect from the game. After searching there doesn't seem to be a reason for this, I couldn't have timed out as I had literally just made my move and we we're well into the game. The latest example of this just happened right there where I lost the game for abandoning it, despite the fact I had literally just made my move a few seconds ago and had 26 minutes left on the clock.

Does anyone know what causes this? Is there a fix?

No it is a microsoft computer. The issue only ever seems to happen on the computer.

Same happens with me too and I play on my Chees app on iPad Pro. It’s frustrating !!

On iOS, you need to make sure your on the newest version, which is currently version 3.9.16 (2)
