League Play Frozen for days

Has anyone else experienced a frozen league? Through some searching I’ve seen that this has happened in the past and people have said to keep playing and when it gets fixed, all of your trophies will be updated. It has been quite a long time now though and I’m wondering if it’s just me?

According to what I can see, it looks like your best option is to leave the division you are in. You will be reassigned to another division at the same level the next time you win a game. You will lose the point you have earned since you have been stuck.
You can also write to support@chess.com and ask for their help.

The league restarted and will end tomorrow? Sunday?
I'd like to know all about how it works, honestly. Like how many games count each day? My score is stalled now, and I don't know why.

Yesterday everything was normal. Now my problem is that I'm winning but not getting trophy points. 🙃
I have the same I win but gain no points

Second week with league points freezed. A lot of players can't advance at leaderboard and the pontuation was not restaured....

There's a new bug that's impacting some members, likely those previously in the stuck divisions, and staff are actively working on fixing those members.
I'm stuck too, and i see everyone in my league stuck at 0 trophy :/

Try to leave your division and the rejoin the league thingy. That should sort things out as chess.com is not able to fix that for users that are still in limbo because they are busy breaking moar stuff :-)
There are too few players, this legue needs 50 players and we are 35, i tried exit and rejoin multiple times but always i rejoin a too-few-players legue :/
