Live games don't load.

 My live chess games do not load properly. They get lost in an endless "LOADING" loop and are, eventually terminated. Even logging out and back in does not seem to make a diference. What to do?? I'm using the latest edition of Firefox and the latest Java release under Windows WP Home Edition.

Yes to both. Absolutely no change that I can detect.

Yes. Firefox 8, and clearing cookies has no effect that I can detect.

Sorry. The reference to Windows WP was a typo. I'm using Windows XP Home Edition. Also it doesn't seem to be a basic setting problem. Everythig was running fine a year ago and there have been no changes. It's a mystery.

Thanks for the excellent advise. I changed browsers and the problems disappeared.

I'm a happy camper.
