Link to my arena not working for friends.

Since I don't have much time, I'll go straight to the point. I still have problems with my arena. The creation process is smooth, and I got the link via both pop-up and the "share" icon. However when I try to share the link with my friends nearly every one of them reports a problem. They say the link isn't working. I simply used the "link" button, entered the url, and send it. The links all work for me, i.e. when I click them myself they all redirect me to the page. However it ain't working for my friends. Any ideas? I'll appreciate any help. Thanks. (PS: the arena starts (or will be cancelled, for that matter) in 20 minutes, so I'll greatly appreciate a quick answer that provides a speedy fix for the issue.)

Are they using the app or website?

App. I told them to use the website and the situation was temporarily resolved. However it seems like the app still doesn't work, and most of my friends are using app. So currently I still don't know what to do for those who are app-only.
