You add your friends to your friens list here on chess.com, then go to live chess, find the "friends" tab in the bottom right window, and challenge your friends who have logged in to live chess at that time. If you play a number of games that are ok by the policy, you should be able to play normally again.

I never read the rules. Well to be honest I started to do that because everyone do the same. I never play (or play just few times) vs players with highest ranking. So if they can do this why I shouldn't do it?
Now I know that is wrong but still I think that first you should warn me.
Hello Dear chess players. Yes I've got ban for live chess because I abort game few (maybe more) times. When I try to play game everytime I've seen this sentence: that I can't play because bla bla bla and try to play with friends. So I've got now 3 friends but I can't play versus them?!?! What I've supposed to do? How I can play versus them?
If someone could explain me how I can play live game(s) vs my friends I will be grateful.
How many times I can abort game? I understand that mass aborting it is wrong but I think that first you should warn me or something and if I won't listen then ban me.

Did you know that you aren't supposed to abort too many games? Or did you really need to abort them? If you go on to live chess, look at the chat box, and select the help & support chat room, you can tell the monitor there about your problem. He can decide if he should remove the ban or not. Hope that helps.
what is the idea behind aborting games? why would anybody do it multiple times? I have experienced a few multiple aborters. Why do they do it?
