Looks like a problem on your end. I logged in to Live on an iPad using the Safari browser with no trouble.
Live chess is busted.

No matter what I do, I cannot access my connection setting and I cannot connect to live chess at all. It says I have no network connection, but my WiFi is at 4 bars. I think there is genuinely something wrong with the live servers. For those of you who want to know, I am on an iPad using safari for the site. Please do not say use a different browser or the app because I don’t have that capability.
