Live Chess making moves for me

As it says. Live chess seems to be determined to make moves for me, some of which are inconsequential, some of which  just don't mesh with what I'm trying to do, and some of which just hang pieces. Great example (and the straw that breaks the camel's back for me):

White plays 24: Qe2?? simply hanging his own queen, there is no reason to stop me playing my intended move of Qxe2. Instead, live chess decides it wants me to play Rc5, throwing away my own queen and the game. I haven't got pre-move enabled, and this keeps happening. My rating has tanked over 100 points in the past few weeks because of repeated moves I haven't made. I'm out until this gets sorted.

When these moves happened what color was the square? was it a red color?

Sometimes, yes, I'll miss obvious moves and resign. But others (like that last example) my opponent makes a move and then a move gets snap-played for me, before I even have a chance to make a move on the board myself.

@Kohai, not that I can remember. I don't recall much other than my rook suddenly jumping to c5, and white almost immediately taking my queen.
