Hi there! I get this message quite frequently and it's a little irritating.

Is there any way to get rid of it? 

- There are thousands of players online everytime this message appears

- I have tried using IE, FF, and chrome.

- I have cleared cookies using http://www.chess.com/clear_cookies

What type of internet connection are you using? Also, what Operating System are you using?

My internet is just fine and I lost a dead drawn oposite colored bishops endgame beacuse of this crap. Why would I get the message '"Live chess server is currently unavailable." and then subsequently be awarded a loss on time.
