Can it be that it's under too heavy load? About 10 000 players online right now. That's higher than I've seen it before.
MINE HAS BEEN SLOW TOO AND ON SOME GAMES I HAVE TO MOVE THE PIECE 3 TIMES TO GET IT TO STAY IN THE NEW SQUARE - PIECES KEEP SNAPPING BACK INTO THE ORIGINAL SQUARE

Worked fine when there were less players on live chess, now it started lagging again. I'm guessing capacity problems.
