i dont think so it is available
you can also try online chess
I do not understand your first first sentence. Are you saying it is available for you?
I have been playing online chess, but I want live chess as well. I am a premium member and was hoping I was have got some resolution by now or contact from support.
www.chess.com/live - working for me about a few other thousand people. what are you seeing? please be specific about the errors you are seeing. thanks!
same error as me. I tried with Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.
The loading takes a long time and then i get the live chess is currently unavailable message with a ok icon.
I just checked, it worked for me too. Try clearing your cache. If you don't know how, here is a tutorial: http://support.chess.com/index.php?_m=troubleshooter&_a=steps&troubleshootercatid=1&parentid=0 .
I wonder if clearing the cache worked for other people. It does not work for me though. Still the loading chessboard and the Live chess is currently unavailable message.
There was in fact a monumental crash somewhere in system.my computer advised me that message had been received to effect that kaspersky security was down also i was asked if i wanted to activate firewall as system prorection-this i did.As i remember it chess.com access became unavailableeither through my shortcut on desktop or thru Google access which i have sometimes used in simolar difficulties
No other notifications seen then or since.
Now please observe today's Forum topic "What comes to mind";- when i got back to chessplay again today 11 Dec I noted that the latest date showing as previous comment was date for Sep 2008 and the comment since that date has seemed to vanish. Therefore I resumed the play by taking this gap into account in my wording.I NOTED ALSO THAT SAME THING HAD OCCURRED in companion forum I also use a lot:- Word association by wayne had also lost a similar amount of content.
Using Chrome for browser on site. issue seems to have resolved itself that way. no luck with Firefox yet.
Same to me... I use the latest Firefox, and clearing the cache did not resolve the issue. Help please
I have not seen any notification of live chess being out, but have not been able to log on for 2-3 days. I have not recieved any contact back fro support either so do not know where I stand on this. Any help would be appreciated.
