no se ven las fichas de jugar, sale solo la pizara con un color palido yno salen jugadores tampoco, sale una pestana, que dice algo que tengo que pagar, ayuda por favor

What happens when you click to play live chess? What are you seeing on the page ?

Sometimes, it happened to me. I solved it with leaving live chess room and re enter live chess room.
