loco, if you elect to play an unrated game or directly challenge another specific player in Live Chess, you are allow to propose your color. If you play a randomly assigned rated game, the server selects the color and will - over the course of 10 to 20 games - make this even out to half Black and half White, on average.

create a game and select ( i play as ) choose black ! that should do it.
