Something strange happened though.  I was going to check My Live Chess & got kicked back to Log in.

How do I get in touch with Tech Support?  Email like doesn't seem to be working.

Try the "Play Live Chess" tab instead of the drop down Live Chess on your My Home tab.  That seems to be working fine.
