Didn't there used to be a "live Support" option so you could chat directly with staff without having to submit a ticket?

Has this been abolished?

Yes there was.

For those doing the Live Support though, because people ask questions relating to literally anything on the site, the person[s] doing the support on there has to be knowledgeable. While we do have a great support staff team, they are still relatively new. Once they are more site experienced we may look at having the live support on again.

It is a great medium for members to get instant help and it is a shame its not in use at the moment. Hopefully in the future we will use it again.

Thank you Kohai yes it was a great feature and because I haven't used it in a while I tried looking but couldn't find it. I see of course that the people doing it need to be knowledgable so completely understand.

You have to open a ticket to request a refund.

You will also need to open a ticket but unless there is some unique circumstance, I don't think they will reinstate the games.

I cannot log in to my chess.com. It used fscebook to sync up. I pay for premium service. It just days ‘invalid token’. On web browser it works. On app it doesnt sad.png can someone help? I tried deleting facaebook and chess app..

I hate the new double-tap-drag method of moving pieces. Makes it impossible to play blitz….also your “contact us”/“report problem” links just go to a random page. Do better, chess.com probably will stop paying for this soon.
