Yes there was.
For those doing the Live Support though, because people ask questions relating to literally anything on the site, the person[s] doing the support on there has to be knowledgeable. While we do have a great support staff team, they are still relatively new. Once they are more site experienced we may look at having the live support on again.
It is a great medium for members to get instant help and it is a shame its not in use at the moment. Hopefully in the future we will use it again.
Didn't there used to be a "live Support" option so you could chat directly with staff without having to submit a ticket?
