live.chess.com becoming unavailable and abandoning my games

The entire server appears to go down (live.chess.com does not ping), even though I can ping chess.com still. When it finally reconnects (which is usually within the time for my turn) the game is marked as abadoned and I cop the loss. It's happened to me the last four of six games and is driving me nuts! If the server goes down the games should be marked as drawn!
