Loading without Opening Live Chess

For the past few days, when I have tried to enter Live Chess, I get the message "Loading" with the spinning icon. But it never opens. Can you help me?

If you are having trouble logging into the Live Chess I would recommend that you try clicking on Want to use the basic version? Click here!

Hi,

I face the same problem too. Basic version didn't help.

Tactics trainer and playing against the computer pose no problem at all, only live chess refuses to open.

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies recently? Some of the things listed on http://support.chess.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/167/13/my-internet-connection-is-fine---why-am-i-getting-disconnects might help you.

I've managed to open live chess after clearing the cache.
