If your account is flagged for breaking this policy your account will be restricted. You will still be able to play games with friends or accept direct challenges, but you will not be able to create or accept open challenges until you play more games that follow the fair play policy.
This is not triggered by disconnecting just once. Even if we did reset this for you to a point where you'd still be warned but able to accept game challenges, if you have a bad connection the restriction would still activate until your connectivity improved.
If your opponent disconnects, they have 2 minutes to reconnect or they forfeit the game. If you disconnect yourself on purpose (because they did) or disconnect yourself because they didn't move , you're encouraging the system to flag your own account.
If your opponent stalls in a game, its their account that gets flagged. By disconnecting yourself from your games, you're increasing your own restrictions.
I believe you have mistakenly locked me out. Inever stalled and the only time i disconnected from a game is when my opponents where not responding or they themselves have disconnected.
