Your opponent can't impact your connection. You're describing what can happen in a disconnect from the live server process. There can be a number of causes, but not your opponent.

There's a forgot password option on the login form. That will send a reset link I believe to the email on the account.
Hi,
I have been playing on my android cellphone (galaxy1) and laptop using the same username and password. it all went well untill i tried logging in with my ipad (using the same password). i couldnt log in, so i tried logging out from the other two devices. now, i can only log in with the laptop, the cellphone and ipad won't recognize my user.
any advice?
