loss on time wrong

I’m in a correspondence tournament that I have been playing in for 2 1/2 years. Sicilian defense 5 day tournament. I recently lost a game on time which I never saw the game. I was alerted to it when our second game started. It was not in my list of games that I was currently playing. This is a bug or something because it was not in my list of current games. Please help me with this issue, I am in 5 th place and I am trying to finish strong.
