lost all my rating puzzle rating points

I went to do my puzzles this morning and noticed that while I am still signed-in, all of my puzzle rating points are gone. I have been doing the puzzles almost daily for years and all-of-a-sudden all of my points are gone. Idk what happened. I’m not a cheater. I just like to do the puzzles. So it’s a much higher rating than all of my other levels but that’s only bc that’s the only one I use on a regular basis. I have tried contacting support but I haven’t heard anything yet. This is really disappointing because I have worked on my rating for years and have amassed a pretty solid puzzle rating (top 100 in the world and top 10 in the US).
