Lost on time despite premoves?

I've been having difficulties with the chess.com premoves,  if I make a premove it still takes 0.1 seconds to play it witch has tragically lost me completely winning positions in my most extreme example, I lost on time when I Premoved Mate in one. I don't know if it is possible for me to optimize this myself but none the less it's giving me grief.

Help would be appreciated. (:

Do you mean that there is no way to fix this??

In general, premoves taking 0.1 seconds is working as designed.

Lag that may cause them to take longer, has a number of variables can impact that; the one link has some things that can be looked at to minimize potential issues

Yeah, on lichess I can usually squeeze out a few dozen more premoves. It's something you have to account for when you play here.
