lost points playing unrated

I just looked at that game and at its finish it just says "white wins" instead of the players handle and reason of win "due to time out"
Unfortunately that's not the case . I was playing unrated absolutely one hundred percent . I lost 7 points for sure . I timed out . Now for the strange part . When the games end here on cheers.com it's says the opponents name and that I timed out or was mated ,drawn or whatever . When this game ended it just just said white wins . It didn't show his name or reason for win. When I looked up his profile it looked normal . So please someone from support tell me what happened . Maybe I can get one of my grandchildren to help me so I can post a picture .
