Three days ago I got a 5 min puzzle rush record of 26 on the chess.com mobile app. While this may not seem like a lot, my previous record was 22 and it took me a while to beat so this was a big deal (which is why I took a screenshot). However, I got this really weird ranking of #0 today, #0 this week, and #16 all time. I closed the app from this screen and didn't re-open it for a few hours, but when I did it was frozen. Because of this, I restarted the app, only to find that the record had not saved, yet I had still somehow used up my daily puzzle rush. Since then, my record is only 23. I'm sure that I'll reach 26 again, but it's frustrating that I have no record of already doing so, and that I also have no record of the 24 puzzle streak (my longest streak on a timed puzzle rush prior was 17 so this felt kinda crazy). Has this happened to anyone else?
Depending on when you got that, there may have been a server issue at the time.
