Lost to a cheater, will I get my points back?

I lost to MeowzillaZhu, I knew they were cheating and reported them, their account is now closed but I haven't gotten my rating points back yet. Did chess.com stop refunding points or has it just not processed yet?

Yes they stop refunding points to avoid sandbagging, if someone (with a grade of 2200) purposely lose to cheaters 20 times, their grade would be 1000 - They would then thrash the opponents to get 1800. THEN, he would report the cheater to claim 1200 points back. His grade is now 3000 and earned legitimately. You see?
