There is also a whole team dedicated to fair play and there are also automated processes in place to catch many of the accounts that get closed.
If you report someone and their account is not closed in a few days then either
- There was insufficient evidence of cheating
- There was no evidence of cheating

Staff do not normally reply to reports and unless the member reported is closed, you won't see anything.
