é incredibile come lascino scorrazzare questi cheater senza far niente.Segnalazioni nemmeno prese in considerazione.Staff del tutto assente.. non c'è verso di parlare con una persona reale.Ma continuare così state rovinando gli scacchi per aver solo più iscritti e fomentate la vostra avidità.

The site closed over 90,000 accounts for faor play violations in December.

There is also a whole team dedicated to fair play and there are also automated processes in place to catch many of the accounts that get closed.
If you report someone and their account is not closed in a few days then either
- There was insufficient evidence of cheating
- There was no evidence of cheating

Staff do not normally reply to reports and unless the member reported is closed, you won't see anything.
As to talking to a real person, you can get the support tool to open a ticket and get a staff response
